“Everything good, clean, front desk so kind and helpful”

“The rooms are not cleaned, there’s no one in the front desk after certain hours. The breakfast area was closed during the 7 to 10 am hours. Those hours are the operating hours. There’s no fan in the bathroom to help with ventilation. There’s door lock to access the guess’s room does not work. Anyone can walk in to the guess’s room area. There was a housemaid that vacuums the hallways. When asked the room’s cleaning. She indicated that they only provide towels and do not clean the rooms. Worst……

“Perfect spot to stay while visiting family. Close enough to get to everything but in a quieter area”

“Had to cut our stay short due to a family emergency, but I don’t know if we would have been able to stay at this place for the full length of our trip anyway. The pictures and price don’t match what you actually get. If the total was like $250 for the entire stay, you know what you’re in for, but this was more than double for feeling like you couldn’t even take your shoes off in the room because you didn’t want to touch anything, and/or the room might get broken into in the middle of the night.……

“This is an updated hotel. I believe it was previously a Holiday Inn Express. The property is very clean and very well maintained. It does offer breakfast but nothing hot. Lots of carbs and no meat. Like many others, there is no daily room refresh. Rooms are cleaned, beds are made and towels replaced every other day. I understand it's money saving for them but I don't like it. Having said that, they will exchange dirty towels for clean if you take it to the front desk. The other thing I……

“Room was nice and clean, breakfast was nice!”

“Was the worst experience for us first thing they gave us a room the was not clean smelling bad. They didn't clean, I said in the from desk., they changed us to other was same dirty, and had bugs in the bed. We can sleep for the itching. We paid for two nights, but we can't stay one more week left and we called for refund for one night. I still waiting for my refund.”
